Our next B2B Lunch Club is on on 12 September in The Minstrel Room at the Iconic Maids Head Hotel in Norwich. Famed for its amazing food, served in historic surroundings, the Maids Head sits in the heart of Norwich’s Tombland district.

Our menu is Roasted Sirloin of Dedham Vale Beef, roasted potatoes, glazed carrot and braised red cabbage with a red wine sauce. Followed by Deconstructed mango and passion fruit cheesecake. (Vegetarian option is available, please note your dietary requirements at the booking stage).

General The Lord Dannatt GCB CBE MC DL

Richard Dannatt was a soldier for forty years concluding his army career as Commander of the NATO Allied Rapid Reaction Corps, Commander in Chief UK Land Command and finally as Chief of the General Staff. He was the constable of the Tower of London from 2009 to 2016 and in 2011 entered the House of Lords as a Crossbench member.

He remains passionate about the welfare of serving and veteran military personnel and with the late Bryn Parry co-founded Help for Heroes in 2007. He is a frequent commentator in the media on current affairs. He enjoys writing and published, amongst others “Leading from the Front”, an autobiography in 2010 and “Boots on the Ground - Britain and her Army since 1945” in 2016.

He will talk about his links to the military and how he has transferred these skills into business.
